John Mustric and Linda Wilson met while working as Programmer/Analysts at First Virginia Bank in Falls Church, Virginia, in 1983. Five years later, on September 24, 1988, they were married at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church in Annapolis, Maryland. They moved to Columbus, Ohio, where they both worked at Columbia Gas System, Linda in Applications Programming and John in Systems Programming.

In July 1993, their first child, Nicholas John, was born. Slightly less than three years later, Nicholas' sister, Alexandra Katherine was born. And in 1998, another sister, Sophia Rose, was born. All three children look very much like siblings, but they have very different personalities. Each child has his/her own web page, as well as a "Christmas Through the Years" page with all the children. |

After 17 years as a systems programmer at Columbia Gas (NiSource), John's job was outsourced to IBM, so he has been working at Nationwide Insurance since summer 2005. Linda stays home most of the time with the children, but recently has begun working part-time as a tax preparer in the winter/spring while they're in school. She obtained her MBA several years ago and has a small website design business (Midwest Web Designs.) John takes Kung Fu classes and is a 4th degree black belt. He is also a SubDeacon at our church, St. Gregory of Nyssa Russian Orthodox Church,. The children are growing anc changing all the time. Above is a picture from Christmas 2000. See below for links to more pictures. In 2001 we purchased an empty lot in our neighborhood, real close to the kids' elementary school. In the Spring of 2003 we started to build our "dream house". Actually it was more Linda's dream house than John's. He wanted a 3-car garage, which we got, and Linda wanted a bright house with lots of windows, a large kitchen, a real laundry room (not just a laundry closet!) a 1st floor and den for her and a 2nd floor den for John, a bathroom for the girls to share and a bathroom for Nick. Here are the pictures of our house being built. |

In 2004, Linda found out that she had breast cancer. Luckily it was caught very early. She had to have a mastectomy and is now going through the reconstruction process. The Mustric Family wishes to thank everyone for their cards, prayers, wishes, meals, and flowers. Details are on the right. => Also, please remember to schedule your annual mammogram. Mammograms save lives! |
